Since we provide digital marketing services, our policies are designed to be fair and clear for both parties.
2. Service Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request via email or official communication channels. Cancellation requests must clearly mention the reason and service details. Approval of cancellation depends on the project stage and work already completed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if the service has not yet started. If work has already begun, no refund will be issued as resources and manpower are already allocated. In some cases, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of DigitalBanaras.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to SEO setup fees, ad campaign setup, content creation, website design after approval, and third-party tool or ad platform charges. These costs are incurred immediately after order confirmation.
5. Monthly & Subscription-Based Services
For monthly services such as SEO, social media management, or ad management, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors such as competition, algorithms, and market behavior. DigitalBanaras does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales; therefore, refunds will not be provided based on performance expectations.
8. Third-Party Payments
Payments made to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting providers, or software tools are non-refundable. DigitalBanaras is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services.
